Voici ce qu’il vous faut pour réaliser cette recette :

Un couteau bien aiguisé
Poêle (assez profond pour inonder l’oignon entier)
Une grande assiette
Deux, grands plats pour la farine et les œufs
Un petit plat pour votre immersion (il doit être placé au milieu d’un oignon)

1 1/2 de sel teespoons
1 1/2 cuillères à café de poivre de Cayenne
1/2 cuillère à café de poivre noir
1/2 cuillère à café de poudre d’ail
1/4 cuillère à café d’herbes au goût
2 gros oignons
