Quand Il met une grande quantité d’oignons dans la poêle, il fait est une recette classique et délicieuse

Pour faire ce plat classique français vous aurez besoin d’une grande quantité d’oignons et prend un certain temps à faire, mais ça en vaut vraiment la peine !

Vous aurez besoin de :

– 1/4 tasse de beurre
– 3 oignons, coupés en tranches (environ 6 oignons)
– 6 gousses d’ail, tranchées
– Vin blanc sec 1/2 tasse
– 3 tasses de bouillon de poulet faible en sel conserve
– 3 tasses de bouillon de bœuf en conserve
– 1 cuillère à café de moutarde de Dijon
– 4 tranches de pain au levain grillées
– 1 tasse de fromage râpé suisse
– 1/2 tasse de parmesan râpé
