La recette de croque monsieur de Cyril Lignac

Recette de Croque-Monsieur :

Les Ingrédients et Ustensile pour 4 personnes :

– 200g d’emmental râpé ou parmesan râpé ou gruyère râpé – 100g de crème fraiche – 1 œuf – 16 tranches de pain de mie frais – muscade ou cumin en poudre – 115g de beurre – 100g de jambon blanc en tranche fine ou jambon de dinde – sel et poivre – 1 botte de ciboulette – 1 trait d’huile d’olive

USTENSILES – 1 mixeur ou 1 blendeur – 1 saladier – 1 planche – 1 couteau éminceur – 1 spatule – 1 poêle 👇 Préparation :

1. dans le robot mettre le fromage râpé ensuite la crème fraiche liquide et un oeuf, mixer le tout. 2. récupéré le mélange et tartiné le pain de mie avec, prendre le jambon et couper en adaptant la taille du pain. 3. mettre une deuxième tranche tartiner dessus et faire chauffer une poêle avec du beurre. 4. Badigeonner le croque de beurre fondu sur le dessus et cuire à la poêle. une fois cuit mettre de la ciboulette
