Riz frit aux œufs et aux petits pois

Ingrédients

3 tasses de riz cuit
1 tasse de petits pois, cuits
4 œufs battus, assaisonner avec le sel
1 tasse d’oignons hachés de printemps
1 cuillère à soupe d’ail frit
2 cuillères à soupe de sauce hoisin
2 cuillères à soupe de sauce pad thai
l’huile d’olive pour la cuisson

Indications:

* Faire chauffer l’huile dans un wok, tourbillonnant autour jusqu’à très hot.Pour dans les oeufs battus et cuire jusqu’à doucement brouillé. Ajouter le riz, la sauce hoisin, sauce pad thai et petits pois. Cook et bien mélanger pendant environ 4 minutes. Ajouter 3/4 tasses de les oignons de printemps juste avant de tourner le feu éteint. Bien mélanger. transférer dans un bol de service et garnir avec de l’ail frit et les oignons restants sur le dessus. Servir chaud.
