Voici comment faire une délicieuse panettone italienne moelleuse et fondante en bouche

Le panettone est une brioche italienne, bien haute et bien aérée au goût riche et savoureux, entre les agrumes et les raisins secs, cette mie super aérée et fondante est vraiment le meilleur accompagnant d’un café au lait.

3 tasses de farine ( tasse de 250 ml) plus pour travailler la pate.

3 oeufs

60 ml d’eau tiède

60 ml de lait tiède

1 c. à soupe de levure boulangère

75 gr de beurre à température ambiante

125 gr de sucre

Zeste d’1 Orange

Zeste d’1 citron

1 c.à café d’extrait de vanille

1 c. à café de sel

1/2 tasse de raisins secs

1/4 tasse d’écorces d’orange et de citron confits pour la dorure:

1 jaune d’oeuf lait sucre
