Voici comment réaliser très facilement ce délicieux caramel maison

Une crème au caramel à tartiner onctueuse, autrement dit une délicieuse pâte à tartiner à base de chocolat, de caramel et de beurre salé. A manger à la cuillère pour les plus gourmands, mais elle est idéale sur des crêpes, gâteaux roulés, boules de glace et tartines….

Ingrédients pour la pâte à tartiner au caramel et beurre salé :
150g de sucre
250g de lait concentré
130g de chocolat caramel
60g de beurre salé
1 pincée de fleur de sel
