Recette Twix Bar caramel

1 tasse de sirop de glucose ou
250ml maïs léger 1 tasse de sirop ou de crème 250ml (35% de matière grasse)
1/2 tasse de crème ou de lait 125ml complète
1 1/2 tasse ou 360 g (12,7 oz) de sucre en poudre

Twix Bar Biscuit Recette
1 1/2 tasses ou 360g (12,7 oz) de beurre
1 tasse ou 240 g (8,47 oz) de sucre
6 ou 108g (3,81 onces) jaunes d’oeufs
600 g (21,16 oz) ou 4 1/2 tasses farine tout usage ou plaine
120g (4,23 onces) ou une tasse de poudre de lait écrémé
70ml ou 4 cuillères à soupe d’eau plus 2 cuillères à café de
1/4 cuillère à café de sel
Cuire au four à 150 ° C (302 degrés Fahrenheit) pendant 10 minutes
