Comment faire des KANGO, le fameux biscuit de notre enfance!

Voici une recette qui va vous rappeller toute votre enfance :des sablés « kangourou » composés d’une pâte sablée et garnis de morceaux de chocolat noir. Je suis accompagnée de ma fille Clara, qui s’est amusée avec moi à pâtisser pendant cette période très particulière que nous vivons tous actuellement! Nous espérons que cette recette vous plaira… Les ingrédients pour une quinzaine de kango: -50 g de sucre glace -2 sachets de sucre vanillé -125 g de beurre pommade -1 oeuf -250 g de farine T55 (de préférence) -30 carrés de chocolat (2 carrés par biscuits) CUISSON: à surveiller en fonction du four (12 à 15 minutes)
