Recette de pains au lait ultra moelleux au Nutella

Pour cette recette il nous faudra :

pour 17 pains au lait

500G de farine type 55
250ml de lait tiede
1 oeufs (le blanc pour la pâte le jaune pour la dorure avec une cuillère à soupe de lait )
80G de sucre en poudre
80 ml d’huile
un sachet de sucre vanillé
10g de levure boulangère instatanée
1 pincée de sel
du nutella

pour la cuisson dans un four préchauffé à 210 degrés pendant 20 minutes à peu près
