Temps de préparation : 5 minutes

Accessoires : Coupelles et cuillères

Ingrédients & Formulation :

Pour le corps : 1 dose de marc de café pour 1 dose d’huile d’olive (d’autre huile existe)

Pour le visage : 1 dose de poudre de rose musquée (la poudre d’amande peut convenir) pour 1 dose d’huile… Là il y a du choix mais si vous avez que l’olive sous la main allez y.

Utilisation :

Gommer la peau par des mouvements circulaires tout partout

Rincer

Attention de ne pas glisser dans la douche (prévoir un nettoyant à coté de soit)
