Tarte au citron meringuée : recette facile

ingrédients :
Pour la base du gateau:
300 g de biscuits mixé
80/100 g de beurre

Pour la crème au citron :
160 g de sucre
140 g de beurre mou
3 oeufs
130 g de jus de citron
30 g de maizena (50 g de maizena si vous ne mettez pas de gélatine)
2 feuilles de gélatine (6 g)

Pour la chantilly au mascarpone :
250 g de mascarpone
20 cl de crème liquide
1 cuillère a soupe de vanille liquide
60 g de sucre glace

Pour la meringue italienne :
100 g de sucre
2 blancs d’œufs
8 cuillères a soupe d’eau
4 gouttes de jus de citron
